ECON 1 has so far proved to be an exciting and ambitious group with seven very unique characters in the group, creating an exciting energy amongst the group that has motivated them to work diligently together in the opening stages of committee work.

ECON 1 have learned a lot about each other during two truths and a lie, stories of losing valuables on a plane, the different styles of fencing and a love of snakes to name a few.

Similar to most committees, ECON 1 have come into conflict during teambuilding activities and in the early part of committee work, however this group has shown tough mental resolve to overcome these differences of opinions and to find some common ground where a compromise can be reached.

Having said that, no good committee is complete without a good team of chairs. Panagiotis and Seán have so far guided the group very well, facilitating the creative ideas flowing around the group very well.
