Welcome to the 2015 Connaught Ulster Regional Session of EYP Ireland, and an extra special welcome to the media team at the session!

We are Tom Cantillon and Anthony McKee, and together we are…… Tanthony? Aom?

Doesn’t have the same ring as Jedward.

More importantly than our super hip nickname is the fact that we have the honour and privilege of being your editors at the session. We are so, so excited to document your experiences here at the session and can’t wait to see what you get out of it. Hopefully, if we do our jobs right, apart from the usual friends, knowledge, and a deeper appreciation for all things European that everyone takes home with them, you’ll also have some lasting memories in the form of the content that the media team produces. (Hopefully along with a sick new profile picture too, because a picture of you in formal wear is guaranteed about 100 likes).

If we were to give you two pieces of advice for the session, the first would be to be open to everything. EYP is a bit weird. Scratch that. Very weird. But if you just go with it, and throw yourself into every game and challenge and discussion, even if you don’t know what you’re doing, and even if you think you look ridiculous, you’ll gain so much from the session.

We’re going to be taking a lot of pictures of you during the session, and you don’t want to be the one sad looking delegate in the middle of all the happy faces.
